Appointment Cancellation Policy
At First Care Therapy, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee of $75.
Early Arrival
We encourage our clients to arrive at least 15 minutes early for their scheduled appointments. This allows you to complete any necessary paperwork and ensures that you receive your full treatment time.
Late Arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session or adjust your service request based on availability. We strive to maintain a punctual schedule for all our clients.
Sales Policy
All sales at First Care Therapy are final. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Tipping
Tipping is appreciated for non-medical treatments only. You may choose to tip our Estheticians, Spa Therapists, and Guest Experience Specialists for their exceptional service. Please know that tipping is never expected but is always valued as a token of appreciation for outstanding service.
